As part of the team, you'll help set up and manage these Instagram profiles using the materials we provide — including AI-generated images, bios, and target lists — to grow real follower bases in assigned regions.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating & Managing Accounts

You'll set up and maintain multiple Instagram profiles using our proven templates and AI-generated content.

Following Subject Accounts

Each day, you'll receive a list of accounts to follow based on our sophisticated targeting algorithm.

Tracking Progress via Telegram

You'll use our dedicated Telegram channels to report metrics and receive guidance from your team leader.

If our team believes you’re a good fit but would benefit from further evaluation, you may be invited to complete a short training assessment before being approved.

Onboarding Assessment

We provide different ways to get started. Each path helps us fairly assess applicants while giving you a clear opportunity to demonstrate readiness. Some prefer a 1-on-1 check, others a team interview and the fast-track trial lets you prove yourself directly in practice and continue smoothly from where you started if successful.

Dedicated Telegram Support

All training modules are delivered through our exclusive Telegram channels, providing interactive step-by-step instructions. You'll have direct access to experienced mentors who offer personalized guidance and answer your questions in real-time, ensuring a smooth learning experience.

No Prior Experience Required

TrackStack's training is meticulously crafted for complete beginners. We provide all the necessary tools and knowledge, from basic social media navigation to advanced AI content management, empowering you to become a skilled TrackStack operator ready to contribute from your very first day.

Pay Structure

£13.50/hr + Bonuses

This rate and bonuses apply upon successful completion and review of your picked assessment.

Onboarding Assessment Options

Choose Your Preferred Route to Begin

We offer several onboarding assessment paths. Each route helps us evaluate applicants fairly and determine suitability for the role.

Security & Compliance Interview

A structured 1-on-1 session to check your understanding of platform rules, NDAs, and good digital conduct. It’s to make sure you’re clear on the basics and ready to move forward.

Written Scenario Task Team Interview & Walkthrough Session

A detailed brief to complete for a 30-45 min video call with some new faces and our core team to discuss your the role, ask and answer some questions.. It takes around 60–90 minutes to prepare for then we will manually review your answers.

Fast-Track Trial

Skip all formal assessments and start immediately with our 4-7 day trial process (15-20 mins per day).
Your efforts in the trial pays off — good performance means you’ll continue from where you started. If not, it's simply discarded after review.

We'll schedule a brief video call or voice note interview to introduce you to your team leader and answer any initial questions.

You'll provide your email address and shipping details so we can send your tablet and welcome package.

Training Assessment Invitation

If you're invited to a training assessment, you'll begin a 4-7 day program via Telegram at a time that works for you. This short evaluation phase, designed to be simple and light (around 15-20 mins per day), helps us assess your ability to follow instructions before final approval.
